Hi! 

I'm Alessia, an enthusiastic UX/UI Designer specializing in User Experience and Research. With a background in Industrial Design and International Relations, I've come to appreciate the significance of diversity in enhancing lives through design. I'm driven by the holistic view of projects, relishing the journey from initial concepts to final development. While originally from Milan, I currently divide my time between Pesaro and Milan, finding inspiration in the dynamic contrast between these two cities, which invigorates my creativity and nurtures a vibrant environment for my work.

  Passion and learning
Doing something, every day, for most of the day must be light, it must not weigh me down, so it is passion that moves me and I know only one way to continue with passion, not to get bored, to inspire and improve, to study and keep up to date. Questioning with the knowledge that if you don't make mistakes you don't learn. Always learning!

  Respect and collaboration
It may seem obvious, but it is not. Respect is fundamental. Listening to others, being empathetic, not judging, and being kind are the basics both when creating design for others and when working with your team.

  Smiles and good energy
I work with a smile, I welcome you with a smile, and if a problem has a solution, it is simply not a problem for me. And if a problem is challenging in addition to skills I always rely on irony, so maybe I can make you laugh! No drama, but action. No ego, but humility. In any case I always have the right t-shirt for every emotional state or moment of the project.
